Is there a certain time in the year when it's best to get tickets to Disney. Or even a time when they have deals?

If you are a VIP you will save money on Disney, and a lot more. Summer is usually a time to get better deals on everything. In general Disney tickets are cheaper for more than one day. If you were a Florida resident you could get much better rates. Ever  think of moving here? :)

Yeah,  I was going to say the same thing. If you live in Florida then you can get them pretty cheap.
