Let me first of all say that condo 2217 was AMAZING at Tidewater!!!! The views were breathtaking. Beds were great. Decorated nicely. Have nothing at all bad to say about the actual condo that we rented.

HOWEVER, Angelia, The head of security changed everything on day 2 of our stay. My son was not aware that he couldn't park a golf cart that he rented in the parking garage. He NEVER entered the actual parking garage with the golf cart.

The issue is - when he went to turn in - the head of security, Angelia yelled at him and said you are not parking that in my parking garage! He said why? She said b/c they are not allowed. He said well that is stupid. Because he wasn't aware of the rules.

He immediately did a u-turn to go to the front office to find out where he WAS ALLOWED to park and was again verbally attacked by the head of security. Angelia was yelling very irately at another person on the golf cart to move it and she did not have the keys. Angelia did not care!

Angelia told my son that he was going to wind up in jail and he was a poor excuse for a life. I then had my husband go down to sort things out and the very first thing Angelia said to my husband when she seen him was "Does THAT belong to you?" (while pointing at my son). My husband said HE is not a THAT but yes, he belongs to me. She then started yelling at my husband.

Angelia followed my husband up to our room and I could hear her yelling from inside our room. He said woman I am not letting you talk to me that way and let the door close. Then about 30 minutes later the doorbell rang. My husband was tending to our grandbaby so I answered the door.

I opened the door and said, yes? And Angelia was standing there with a police officer and another security officer. And she yelled at me and said, "See that man (my husband) isn't even a real man because he had his wife answer the door!" I answered the door b/c he was changing my grandbaby. I had NEVER even met or seen this woman and this is how she greeted me at the door. I can ONLY imagine how she greeted my son being he was 19 if she greeted my husband and myself the way she did. And not to mention she REFUSED TO SPEAK TO THE POLICE and his Corporal.

I feel like Angelia was on a "power trip" b/c she knew the HOA staff was not working that day and there was no one for me to contact. The staff on the 2nd floor where you check in had said the golf cart could be parked in the overflow parking but when Justin tried to park there Angelia told him she would have him towed b/c that was HER lot as well.

I have been with AIRBNB for several years and a super host the entire time...I would never in a million years treat one of my guests like this woman did. We were yelled at, followed, had the cops called on us, thrown out, ignored, bullied and more. YES - AFTER my son was verbally attacked by this woman he did exchange words with her. Who wouldn't???? He even tried to tell her he was sorry on his own and she refused to speak to him.

She locked herself in an office and refused to come out for the LAW. Does that not explain a lot to yall? His name was Officer Woodall. Call him! PLEASE!!! The non-emergency number for Officer Woodall is 850-233-5010. He said ON THE BODY CAMERA AND TO HIS BOSS that Angelia was acting like a 3-year-old throwing a tantrum.

The issue is NOT the golf cart. The issue is being attacked by someone of authority and then she got mad when we reacted back. Angelia started the entire ordeal with the way she came at my son, then his girlfriend, my husband, myself and then the 2 officers.

Did some of us have something to say back to her? YES. Who wouldn't? We had nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about the place and the staff UNTIL this happened! It was the most horrible experience I have ever had at a condo because of Angelia and Angelia alone! The staff under her feared her. You could tell. They said she was overreacting and blowing this all out of proportion. I tried very hard to go up the proper channels to get support and no one called me back from the HOA staff. I left 4 messages. Panhandle Getaways said that the law that Officer Woodall told us about concerning how we would get our money back for the unused nights was untrue and that they would not be refunding any money.

I would defiantly not recommend staying at TIDEWATER on Panama City Beach because of this woman alone. She is the one "in charge" and she hid in a closet office from the LAW. That should speak so loudly!!!!!
