STM Seafood located in Gainesville, Fl decided to open a summer 2015 Culinary Arts Program for the youth in the community. This program will consist of our top chef educating children on the world of cooking, and why it is so important to learn how at an early age. We are seeking out donations because we need to be able to supply our school (which will take place at the restaurant) with books, cooking utensils, and various other items that would be sufficient for a learning environment. Furthermore, this program will help children to become more involved in activities over the summer; thus, giving them something to look forward to and to meet new individuals. We have an extremely hospitality environment and welcomes any child who wants to explore the world of cooking!
