Rabbi Yeheskel and Pearl Lebovic, members of the Chabad-Lubavitch community, are world-renowned educators, lecturers and writers. Together, they form a highly qualified and devoted team. They have received the approval and support of many prominent rabbis and Jewish leaders. A network of national and international community leaders and regional contacts keeps providing them with a flow of referrals. To keep track of the hundreds of shiduch-connections generated weekly, they employ a sophisticated computerized system; the connections themselves, though, are determined by Rabbi and Mrs Lebovic - not the computer.

They strive to align the important factors of intelligence level, education, religious orientation, level of professionalism, character compatibility, common life goals and interests. They strive to assess the total person, rather than merely getting an insight into the various, fragmented components of the person. No matter where you are located, connecting with them is the first, easy step ... as long as you sincerely desire to meet your soul-mate. After careful selection from a pool of 7,000 registrants , the majority of whom they have personally interviewed, they will provide you with suitable introductions.

All interviews and questionnaires remain strictly confidential. Likrat Shiduch is a not-for-profit organization. It is a beneficiary of a grant from Jewish Community Foundation. In order to keep up with the growing demand for its service, Likrat Shiduch has also developed an E-mail department, which enables anyone, located virtually anywhere in the world, to make easy contact with, and benefit from this service.

You can expect us to do the following:

* Suggest to you persons who are marriage-minded, ready to make a commitment, and who we feel to be compatible with you.
* Apply our G-d-given ability to recognize and assess overall personality traits to make sound judgements in assessing mutual compatibility.
* Occasionally keep you waiting, if necessary, rather than give you dates just to keep you "satisfied". We are not a dating service and do not want to waste your time on what we perceive as unproductive dates.
* Do our very best to help you find your destined spouse, but not to guarantee to do so.

We would like you to:

* Keep in touch periodically by phone, fax, or E-mail, telling us about your progress and your reactions to those you meet. We have daily telephone hours which fluctuate periodically. The rest of the time, we are busy generating connections.
* Non-communication for an extended period usually indicates to us that you are not currently available.
* Realize that your registration fee helps defray only some of the expenses we incur in conducting this vital, not -for-profit service.
* Gratefully acknowledge your indebtedness to Likrat Shiduch in the event of a successful shiduch, by donating a sum commensurate with your means (and not less than $1000 from each spouse). This helps us cope with our rising expenses, and improve our service.
*While we have a good track record of generating many marriages, we are obviously only one avenue, and we encourage you to explore other reliable avenues.
