I am 69 years old and I love the Disney parks. Sometime there is a little disappointment, but just for a minute!! There is much to do and things to see and smiles all over the place. I have never been treated badly by any of the staff and they have always been very helpful to me. In the year 2000 I was at Disney World and I lost a little purse with $900 cash in it and I just knew my vacation was over, but I went to the little court house and someone had turned in my money!!! That was the very first day of my vacation. The young people in the little court house were so sympathic with me and then they teased me that it hadn't been turned in. They were wonderful. The only place I ever want to go for vacation is Disney. Thank you so very much. Skip Younger

From Barbara Weeks - June 27,2006
I am sending this e-mail in regards to the one of the theme parks at Disney. I was recently there with my three daughters and 5 grandchildren. I really enjoyed my stay there. We stayed in a townhouse in Formosa Gardens, really lovely. On our first day
we went to the Magic kingdom which we truly enjoy. I was down there with friends in October and will be returning in October again with the same friends. On this particular trip we stayed for the parade and the fireworks. We got there early so that
we could sit in the area designated for sitting. There were three people standing in the right corner where we were sitting, before the parade, of course we thought they would be seated when the paraded began. Well, they didn't. We asked the security if they would ask them to sit and he did to be told that one of them was old and if she sat she could not get up. Which was okay, but the other two refused also. I know you can't force anyone to do anything they don't want to do, but we paid the same thing they did and we should not have had to suffer because of them. Security told us he was sorry and that there was nothing he could do, and hope we enjoyed the rest of our stay. Oh well!!!
The next day we went to Epcot, because we didn't realize the tickets that I purchased did not include Sea World, so I thought the kids would enjoy Epcot, which they did. We decided to go on the ride racetrack. They stood in line for 1 hr which is okay, because this is prime vacation season. When they got to the top of the line for the ride it was thunder and lighting, and I know this is beyond anyone's control, but since the ride was closed down and they had stood in line for sooo long we asked if we could have a speed pass when the ride open back up and not have to stand in line again. We were told that they there was nothing they could do. Although there are so many other things to do. We
really wanted to do this particular one and that was time wasted. As I stated I will be there again in October, and would like some kind of compensation for the inconvenient. There will be six adults with us.
Hope to hear from you real soon.

I was not happy with my trip to Diseny world at all.I drove 1400 mile to take my 3 grand children to see Miicky mouse only to stand in line for almost an hour and when we got in to see him they rush you though like we were a head of cattle not even letting us get a picture of the kids by them self with micky only the picture they took as a group which you had to buy. The Kids did even get to talk to him . My grand daughters are 3 years old and the only thing they wanted to do at Disney was give Micky a big Hug And Kiss and they wouldn't even let them .After they took that picture they would not even give us the time to take a picture of the girls with Micky.I was not happy I just drove 23 hour stright with they babies to see Micky Mouse and get there picture and to be treated like.

From Casey - June 27,2006
Walt Disney, pure brilliance, I loved it. The rides are a little relaxing, if you want thrill and adrenaline rides go to busch gardens. Disney is more a family place. The most magical thing is going into Magic Kingdom and the big castle. Most people have seen it in pictures but nothing can compare to actually seeing it. Walt Disney is also good at christmas. The christmas trees are as big as the castle with popcorn the size of your fist. Also the water parks are fun. Blizzard Beach is a really a water park for getting WET. Typhoon Lagoon is more relaxing especialy floating roung the edge of it getting a tan. I would reccomend taking kids of 6 and over as little kids are really too young to remember it. But over 13 it kind of spoils as they want thrill rides and excitement. Well that was what I thought I hope it becomes of use to you!

I've been to Disney World twice...once in 1990 and 1994. My children really enjoyed it. All the parks are great to visit. But you do have to allow time for all of them. My favorite was Splash Mountain. My children are young adults now and I know they will always love the place. It will be one memory we won't forget...Disney World. I am venturing down that way again this year 2003, hope to have some more new memories.
