In Bay County there are about 26 miles of unbroken beach, running across the sandy peninsula. Located 100 miles east of Pensacola and 100 miles southwest of Tallahassee, this “forgotten coast” is popular for its wide-open fun and friendliness. Some refer to it as the Disney World of the Panhandle.
