I have lived in DB area for last 20 years and this town just loves these events so much what is to be 10 days in March has added 4 days in Octoberfest. It is the towns largest money making event more than the races. Although there are some who live in the Main Street area and don't like the noise and leave town most people find it time to pull out there black apparel and walk amongest the bikes and be a little wild.
